2. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHERE DO THEY COME FROM?
In order to exercise the activity of granting trading loans, we process the following categories of personal data:
Ø Data that identify you with your name and surnames, full addresses, telephone numbers, Nat Id Docs, Passports, Foreigner Id Nos and email addresses.
Ø Data relating to payments for products: the numbers of bank accounts, credit/debit cards, PayPal accounts.
Ø Data establishing your bank solvency.
3. FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Our data protection manager will process your data for the following purposes:
i. Formalisation and execution of the contract: the data are processed to comply with requests made through our webpage.
ii. Maintenance of relations: we will process your personal data in order to manage your relationship with us.
iii. Sending commercial communications: to send you commercial communications using any route, including after the relations with you have ended, to keep you informed about those of our products and services that are similar to those requested by you. 5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We shall only store your data on the webpage for the time that you decide to keep your account on the web active. In the event of acting on the web as a guest, your data will only be stored for the time necessary to complete the purchase that you have made and its subsequent delivery where you have instructed us. We can see the specific time of storage for each purpose.
I. Data collected for the formalisation and execution of the contract will be stored for the period during which the contractual relation lasts, and for the period necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims, at least five years.
II. To manage registration on the web: they will be stored until you decide to eliminate your private account or until you contact us to ask for the account to be closed.
III. Data processed for compliance with legal obligations: these will be stored for the time established in the legislation applicable.
IV. Personal data provided for the purpose of attending to any request for information, complaint, suggestion, claim, etc.: will be stored for the time necessary to process the request, in every case for the time established by law and for the period necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
V. Analysis of usability and quality: we will process your data on occasions for the times when we are undertaking an action or specific questionnaire on quality or until we anonymize your browsing data.
6. WHAT RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED TO?
Your data will be shared with those third parties that are involved in the process of execution of the contract signed between you and us (Notaries, Agents, and Public Registries).
Specifically, the following personal data will be transferred:

Except in the above case, the personal data will not be transferred to any other third party, unless a legal obligation compels us to do so.
7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU GIVE US YOUR DATA?
You can exercise the following rights in relation to your data:

III. The right to ask for erasure of the data, when, among other reasons, they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected.
IV. The right to limit the processing of your data, in which case we will only store them for the exercise or defence of claims, finally, and for reasons relating to your particular situation,
V. The right of objection and portability. You can also, at any time, revoke the consent given for the processing of your data.
The exercise of your rights and the revoking of consent given for the processing of your data are free of charge, except in the cases of art. 12.5 of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016 which says that, where the request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive, we can refuse to attend to it, or charge a fee in proportion to the cost of the request.

It is possible that with the passing of time we may need to make changes to the information contained in this privacy policy, where we consider it appropriate. In that case, it will be notified in various ways, through the web, or even by email when the change involved is significant to your privacy, so that you can see the changes, assess them and, where appropriate, oppose them or deregister from some service or functionality.
